Payment Options & Troubleshooting
We currently accept payment through the following services/methods:
- Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, CUP, Elo, Discover, Diners Club International
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
We currently accept payment in USD, GBP, and HKD.
If you’re having difficulty completing a purchase by card we recommend contacting your card issuer/bank and informing them that you intend to place an order. Some banks restrict international online payments, even if you’ve placed an order on the site before but should authorize such payments on your approval. You can then return to the website and complete the purchase.
Downloading Invoices
Follow the steps below to download and/or print an invoice for your purchase.
- Login to your account here
- Select My Orders from the menu on the left of the page – in desktop view, this menu will appear on the left side of the page
- Select the order you’d like to download a PDF invoice for
- Select Print Order
The download should begin automatically.
