Preparation Times

Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days of purchase. During busier periods, preparation times may be extended.

Estimated arrival dates will be updated at the checkout page prior to purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. You can find these dates in your order confirmation email, which is the first communication we send after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

We will keep you updated on your order’s status by email between purchase and delivery. You will receive the following notices:

  • Order confirmation: Confirms the placement of your purchase.
  • Dispatch confirmation: Confirms the shipment of your purchase and includes a tracking number/link.
  • Transit notification: Notifies you when your order is scanned by the parcel carrier.
  • Delivery notification: Confirms the arrival of your purchase at the address provided at checkout.

For the standard delivery option, USPS will only have information about your parcel once it has cleared inbound customs.

Orders Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to sender for one or more of the following reasons:

  1. An incorrect or incomplete address.
  2. An illegible label, possibly damaged in transit.
  3. Delivery attempted, with redelivery or collection not organized in the time period allocated by the parcel carrier.
  4. Delivery refused by recipient.

Once initiated by a parcel carrier, we cannot prevent the RTS process. This process is slower than the forward journey, and the time it takes to return depends on the location and reason for return.

Returning parcels can take up to 3 weeks to arrive back at our warehouse, depending on their intended destination. We will email you to organize reshipment as soon as your parcel is delivered. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements until returning parcels arrive back at our warehouse. In the event of loss during the return journey, we are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders if a parcel has been returned to sender for reasons 1, 3, or 4 listed above.

Shipping and Returns

We use SF Express or Hong Kong Post for deliveries. FedEx or UPS services are available upon customer request. We provide free worldwide shipping.

We accept returns if the product is unopened. The return shipment fee is paid by the buyer.
